The Mist (I)
In fact, the evilness of the religion was it would grant the name of the so-called justice on an obviously cruel behavior committed. It was just like the self-hypnosis in the psychology field. When a lie was told to others for a hundred times, it would eventually become a great truth.
All mysteries were covered by the mist. When those mysteries were figured out, some people might die while others might survive. For those people who even held a slightest trace of hope, the majority of them would like to stay in a relatively safe place to endure the tortures of those unknown risks, and slowly waited for the arrival of death in a self- comfort process; the minority of them with braveness would dare to rush out of the mist to gasp their own futures, just like the great Bruno and Galileo did.
Everyone had his/her own mental support, and it might come from the religion, the responsibility, or a loftier ideal. When the spiritual support collapsed, the area he/she defended firmly inside his/her heart would disappear. When a few of brave residents took the risks and rushed into the mist, and when they lightened the lights of the car and slowly left the supermarket which was supposed to be a relatively safe place, people inside the supermarket just watched the carrsquo;s leave woodenly. Would these people die or survive? They all showed an indescribable pathos on their faces, because they all had to face an unpredictable future.
I also wanted to recommend the melodies appearing at the end of the film.
The sense of the humanity was very fragile, replica chopard watches so was human nature. When the car finally wore out of gas, lives of those people inside the car also came to an end. The leading male character finally took up the gun and ended the lives of other four people inside the car including his cherished son. He left the quick deaths to others, and left the suffering living to himself.
